I lead engineering work and stay close to implementation. My focus is turning ideas into useful software, improving the systems around engineering teams, and applying AI where it changes real workflows.

Product engineering

I work across the path from problem definition to working product: clarifying what should be built, shaping the technical approach, implementing or prototyping critical parts, and improving the team system around delivery.

Engineering leadership

I am interested in leadership as a practical system: clear ownership, useful feedback loops, sustainable delivery, and enough technical proximity to make informed decisions.

AI in practice

I use AI as an engineering and product tool—not only as a topic for presentations. The useful questions are where it improves a real workflow, what safeguards are needed, how quality is verified, and what remains a human decision.
