Anton Larin
I build software products, engineering teams, and long-term systems for work and life.
My work sits at the intersection of practical engineering, product thinking, AI-enabled workflows, organizational systems, and long-range personal strategy.
Work
I help turn ideas into useful software: clarifying the problem, shaping the product, building the system, and making the team around it more effective.
AI in practice
I work with AI as a practical engineering and product tool, not only as a strategy topic.
In my current work, this means helping shape AI adoption across engineering teams and the wider company, while staying close enough to the tools to prototype, validate, and sometimes implement AI-enabled product features myself.
I am interested in the useful middle ground: where AI changes real workflows, improves product capabilities, and helps teams move from idea to working system with less friction.
