I am a product-engineering leader and hands-on software builder based in Sweden.

My work combines engineering leadership, practical AI implementation, product development, and long-term systems for work and life.

Engineering leader who still builds

I help turn ideas into useful software: clarifying the problem, shaping the product, building or prototyping critical parts, and making the team around delivery more effective.

I prefer to stay close enough to implementation to understand what the technology can actually do, where the risks are, and which decisions require human judgment.

AI in practice

I work with AI as a practical engineering and product tool—not only as a strategy topic. I am interested in real workflow changes, product capabilities, agent use, verification, safeguards, and honest limitations.

The useful middle ground is where AI helps a team move from idea to working system with less friction without hiding responsibility or quality behind the model.

Long-horizon systems

I also write about decisions that unfold over decades: how technology changes work and business, and how a person can align work, income, assets, health, attention, and geography across a 40–60 year horizon.
